When a young Bachelor of Business Management started to travel around the world, he never thought that his great passion would eventually become his profession. He put together a team of young well-travelled educated enthusiasts who shared his vision - and the rest is history! Tomislav loves nature, especially the sea - sailing, swimming and exploring Dalmatian islands are his preferred activities. His idea of paradise is sipping famous Pošip wine on Korčula Island while enjoying fresh seafood bites with his family and friends.

Željka has been with the company for as long as we can remember and is a real inspiration for our team. Dedicated, fun and outgoing, she enjoys discovering new and special experiences related to local history and traditions. Not only that she chaperons every-day office challenges and maintains good relations with our local providers, but she also travels around the globe promoting the beauties of our region to our world-wide partners. Her ideal vacation is olive picking with her family on Šolta Island.

A Culture and Tourism Graduate, Martina has always had her heart set on traveling and organization. Calm and pedantic, but at the same time efficient and creative, she is a role-model to all of us. When she manages to get out of office, she likes to relax with a good book or plan her next travels. Her #1 spot? Paklenica National Park - it’s hard to beat that silence, star gazing and splendid canyon views.

Stuck in a hotel industry for way longer than he had planned, Dražen welcomed the challenges and merits of travel planning. Reliable and hard-working, he is a shining example of diligence that we all look up to. A modern family guy, he likes to wander the streets of his home-town Split, swim by his summer house, do some serious shopping with his wife and spend quality time with his kids.

By profession Drago is an economist, by vocation a travel designer and by character a true sweetheart. Much-loved by colleagues, partners and clients, he takes customer service skills to a whole new level. A history and movie junkie, he likes to relax with a good read or a documentary, in a great company of his wife and kids. His top destination is Plitvice Lakes National Park – a green fairy-tale ideal for getting away from it all.

Our beloved Bo, as we like to call her, brings a smile to our face every time she walks in the office. Her enthusiasm, creativity and imagination make her an irreplaceable member of our team. Visiting film festivals and even participating in some of them is one of Martina’s great passions! Her kind of vacation is traveling with her camera to capture beauties of less explored sceneries hidden on Croatia’s islands such as Lastovo and Mljet.

For our energetic and outdoorsy Igor, a desk job seemed like an odd fit. But after years of sailing the Adriatic, he decided to settle and pass on the fascination for sea adventures to his clients. His experience and dedication made him our boats & charter specialist. In his free time, he loves to get back on the sea and sail around cerulean lagoons of Krknjaši Islands.

Jolly and creative, Marijana is proud of her geeky side and outside-the-box way of thinking. Always eager and ready to help, she enjoys every minute of the trip planning process for her clients. Peculiarly hating all kinds of sports, her top activity is putting together jigsaw puzzles with her kids and dolphin-watching on stunning Dugi Otok.

After years in the hotel business as a sales and marketing expert, Iva swiftly embraced the creative perks of travel planning. Enthusiastic, warm-hearted, and hard-working, she quickly became part of the family. Her ideal day begins with a morning hike, continues out on the open sea and ends with a dreamy sunset over a glass of wine. A true island girl, her favorite place is Lošinj Island – with endless opportunities for outdoor pursuits.

Sweet and optimistic, Tihana joined our team after graduating from Faculty of Economics. Traveling, daydreaming about traveling and helping others in their travel planning is how she spends most of her days. Bonus? She plays for the national rugby team so we can use her as a bodyguard too! To get away from it all, she escapes to Bled Lake with her darling Johnny – a cute French bulldog.

Born and raised in Argentina, Lara has worked in travel industry all over South and Central America. She came to Croatia to trace her family roots and never looked back. Creating adventurous and intriguing itineraries for her clients is her current and continuing passion. Obsessed with sun, sea and al fresco Mediterranean lifestyle, she favors postcard perfect Primošten as an ideal summer spot.

In love with horses, dogs and the great outdoors, Andrea is a sporty girl whose dynamic character enriched our already fun & energetic team. When she is not planning & executing bespoke trips, she can be found hiking and horseback riding with her friends and family. Her most-cherished destination is the secluded island of Silba – with no cars and all the beauty of a true Croatian gem.

After years of working in high-end restaurants and boutique hotels, Bruno happily traded face-to-face customer service for creativeness of tailor-made travel planning. Bravely handling the challenges of luxury travel, he quickly became a beloved member of the team. His favorite escape from work is the basketball court, preferably in his hometown of Imotski – nothing beats that nature, heritage and traditional values.

After graduating with a degree in Tourism Management, Maja worked at a hotel front office where she had the opportunity to meet fascinating people from around the world, further fueling her passion for travel. So as soon as she joined our team, Maja discovered that planning trips was her vocation. When she isn't crafting unique travel experiences, her greatest joy lies in hanging out with friends, watching movies or strolling cobblestone streets of romantic Trogir.

Filip joined our growing team after honing his customer service skills at high-end hotels along the Adriatic coast. As a travel junkie, he enjoys globe-trotting as much as possible, drawing inspiration for travel planning from his own experiences. In his free time, if not playing baskeball, you can find him reading history books or wandering the pine forests of his hometown Kupres.

Ivan is a hotel industry runaway and a true connoisseur of all the nuances of client relations. His favorite thing about travel planning is helping clients explore hidden beauties of his homeland. A fan of ancient history and sports, he enjoys tranquil, off-the-beaten-path escapes. That’s why scenic Istria is his favorite destination – a place where he can truly unwind with his wife and young son.

Antsy and outdoorsy, witty and versatile, Marin is hard to be caught just sitting at the office. Planning, organizing, researching and negotiating are main items on his daily to-do list. His risky hobbies – such as drifting and partying all night long – were temporarily paused when he became a father. Now he mostly enjoys doing some serious fishing around Prvić Island with his loving family.

Our dearest problem solver, Milan is an IT expert with a wide knowledge of computer technology. On a typical day at the office, he is fixing our tech problems (and calming down us that freak out about them!) as well as assisting with all operations-related projects. Outgoing and relaxed, this sports fan loves snowboarding and kitesurfing, but nothing can beat unwinding with his family on idyllic Brač Island.

A small-town girl at heart, Anita allowed the romance to take her to the big city. Based in Zagreb, she meticulously coordinates clients’ travel details with organization and care. Outside of work, she loves hiking, biking and gardening, but her all-time favorite activity is lavender picking with the family on her beloved Hvar Island.

Cheerful, speedy and efficient, Dea is truly someone we can count on in the craziness of a “normal” day at the office. A true hedonist, she enjoys good company, good food and wine and dancing the night away. When not pampering the clients, she enjoys boating around hidden beaches of Vis Island with her family.

Snježana loves the energy and the excitement of the travel industry so she immediately embraced the dynamics of our work environment. When not out in the nature with her husband and kids, she likes to relax over a good cocktail. Because of her appreciation of history, nature and panoramic views, historic and scenic Šibenik is her choice of getaway.

A runaway from administration and legal counselling, Dajana spent years traveling around the Adriatic and hosting high-end clients on luxury yachts. After becoming a mom, she decided it was time to hang up the sailor uniform and sail in new waters – of travel planning. She knows there’s no place like home, so she loves her birthplace best – quirky Blato village on Korčula Island.

After years in the charter business, Jelena came to us craving for something new. Like a real family girl, she enjoys cooking, baking (delicious!) cakes and relaxing at home with a good book. But what she loves the most is singing out loud where no one can hear her – around pretty coves of Drvenik Island.

Gentle but fierce, quiet but strong-minded, Vedrana is a modern young woman facing a bright future in travel planning. With a background in teaching Spanish and tour guiding, she enjoys creative secrets and techniques of travel industry. When day-tripping away from the hustle and bustle of her hometown Zagreb, she can be found relaxing with a history novel on the remote beaches of Pag Island.

Having previously worked in yachting and property management, Zoran is a true connoisseur of all the nuances of client relations. Outgoing and creative, he enthusiastically welcomed new challenges of travel planning. As a freelance photographer, when not in the office, he likes to kick back and relax with his family in picture-perfect destinations like Julian Alps.

Creative and uplifting, Petra is a detail-oriented and energetic team member with a deep passion for travel and crafting memorable experiences. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family – whether playing board games in the winter or boating in the summer. Naturally sociable, always smiling, and brimming with positive energy, her ideal getaway is the atmospheric town of Zadar.

Marta’s love for travel and tourism began at a young age. Meticulous and dedicated, she finds planning people’s precious leisure time to be the most rewarding job in the world. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in the great outdoors - walking, trekking, and exploring the breathtaking Soča River Valley with her beloved furry companions.

Kate, as she likes to be called, is a Tourism and Hospitality Management Graduate who joined our team at the start of her career. Young and pedantic, she swiftly grasped all the subtleties of coordinating vast amounts of information. In her free time, she loves learning foreign languages, cooking vegetarian food and rollerblading along lungomare of divine Opatija.

Having discovered the joys of travel early on, Petra's wanderlust deepened during her time in the charter industry, where she relished the dynamics and diversity of tasks at hand. A music and film enthusiast, she enjoys nothing more than long walks in the countryside to fully unwind. It’s no surprise, then, that the wild beauty of Boka Bay is her favourite destination.

Lawyer by education but much more imaginative to be working as one, Lucijana fell in love with traveling right about the time she fell in love with our GM, her husband. Meticulous and organized, she takes care of legal and administrative regulations and all those tricky little “behind the scenes” stuff. Infatuated with Mediterranean lifestyle, her preferred destination is Dubrovnik - a historic, charming and relaxed coastal metropolis.

Smart, optimistic and always smiling, Željka is a typical bookworm who swims with ease among numerous accounting, legal and tax regulations – and even finds them inspiring! Almost as much as delicate bookkeeping issues, she enjoys traveling to the most secluded corners of the world. Her favorite pastime is listening to outdoor music on starry summer nights among the ancient monuments of Salona.

Our most important person on a pay-day, Željana is our “Minister of Finances”. An adventure-seeker and always on the go, she loves getting wonderfully lost in the nature. Her ideal break from accounting, bureaucracy and paperwork is Bohinj Lake - nothing relaxes more than endless greens & blues of this alpine pearl.

An accounting junkie, perky Ariane effortlessly juggles invoices, deadlines and numbers – with a big smile on her face! Caring and helpful, she guides us patiently through the complicated area of auditing. When her nose is out of the books, she enjoys clubbing, traveling and beach-bumming. Proud of her Albanian descent, she adores the exotic Kosovo – remote, relaxing and unspoiled.

A movie addict and an art aficionado, Anita is as versatile as one can get. A former interior designer and development engineer, she always wanted to work in travel. Her recipe for curing the wanderlust? Rambling the streets of colorful Rab Island – nothing compares to those azure beaches, immense heritage and laid-back atmosphere.
